In spring time Stagones team went to Crete in order to construct a timber frame for a strawbale house. We worked for about two months with Oscar Emanuel from English Emanuel-Hendry as well as with local craftsmen to bring this part of the project to completion.

IMG_5938_800x600 The constructions is basically a light timber frame which will provide the necessary support for the strawbales and the four sided roof. The next phase of the project will be the installation of the strawbales. Below you can find a short time lap of the timber framing .
