In our farms in Kirinthos, northern Evia, we produce our raw materials with dedication and love, and process them creatively and as minimally invasively as possible to offer a range of holistic nutrition products that preserve their natural advantages while remaining exceptionally flavorful.
We are committed to cultivating without nitric-chemical fertilizers, taking care of plant protection without herbicides, etc. Overall, we try to be as gentle as possible at every stage of our cultivation management. We also have a packaging facility, which allows us to offer all the benefits of vertical integration.

Processing techniques
Cold pressing
For our products, we choose the method of cold pressing, which offers multiple benefits. Thanks to the low temperature, all the nutritional components of the raw materials are preserved, the natural aromas are retained, and their flavor is enhanced. Additionally, oxidation and other alterations that may occur during the pressing process are avoided.
HPP
We also employ High-Pressure Processing (HPP), a modern, non-thermal method of food processing that prevents microbial contamination, significantly extending their shelf life. Since HPP does not involve the use of heat, it ensures the preservation of the natural properties of the raw materials without loss of nutrients, and their flavor is better maintained.
Modified Atmosphere Packaging
Our pomegranate seeds are packaged under Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), ensuring freshness, better preservation of nutrients, and extended shelf life.
